TEUCU Banking

There are several different ways for Members to access their accounts at TEUCU.

Cyber Banking

Through member direct, TEUCU has a fully secure online banking system that allows our members to do most of their banking 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Members can pay bills, transfer money view online statements and cheque images from the comfort of their own home or office. Contact our offices at 416-542-2522 to enroll and go to TEUCU’s website at www.teucu.com and click on “homebanking”.

TelephoneTeller

TEUCU’s Telephone teller allows those members without internet access to transfer money and pay bills from their account, through the telephone. Please enroll your account by contacting our offices and then calling 416-465-8251 you can access your account through the Telephone Teller.

Payroll Deduction

Payroll Deduction allows you to make regular loan or mortgage payments. You can also make deposits to your savings or RRSP automatically. This allows you to save or make any payments painlessly with the reminder of your pay going into the account of your choice.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is a fast, safe way to deposit your paycheque, pension, annuities, income tax or GST Rebate. If you happen to have an overdraft deposit automatically reduces it saving you money on interest costs.

Automatic Transfer

There is no charge to transfer funds automatically from another institution weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as you choose.

Automatic Fund Withdrawals

There is no charge to have funds withdrawn electronically from your account. This allows vendors of your choice to withdraw payments directly from your PCA account. You will save money on late payment fees & interest charges when bills are paid automatically this way.

Inter-Office Mail

Members working out of Toronto Hydro locations can send documents and Cheque deposits through the interoffice mail to either of our 2 branch locations: 14 Carlton Street or 500 Commissioners Street.

Regular Mail

Cheque deposits and documents can be sent through the regular Canada Post mail to either of our 2 branch locations: 14 Carlton Street or 500 Commissioners Street.
